4. Groups & Chats

  • Messages you send in groups and chats may be visible to other members.

  • Group administrators may set additional rules.

  • We may monitor or review chats to enforce these Terms and ensure safety.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content (design, text, logos, software) belongs to Progress Science Mauritius or our licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.

  • You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to host, display, and share it within the Services.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of the Services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Please review it to understand how we handle your personal data.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Misuse the Services, or

  • Engage in conduct that harms the community or our reputation.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
